There's also another nearby lot offering daily parking for ¥15, just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, the Wanda Plaza has shared bikes, so I easily rode to Ta Wan Xingshun International Night Market—about 2.3 km away. It was such a fun and relaxed way to explore the local vibe. Clean rooms, great location, excellent value, and friendly staff. Definitely coming back next time!

We stayed at this boutique apartment in Shenyang during Chinese New Year, returning from Zhejiang to reunite with family. The 11-day stay felt like being at home—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. With nearly 50 square meters of living space, it had a large fridge, a washing machine, a cozy double bed, and a fantastic street-facing view with floor-to-ceiling windows on two sides. We experienced Shenyang’s first snowfall of 2025, enjoyed sweet strawberries priced at just $1.20 per pound, and savored grilled lamb leg paired with Tieling dry beer. Don’t even get me started on the Wang Houyuan specialty dumplings—they were unforgettable! The heating was so strong that it felt like summer inside; we ended up stepping outside for a quick cool-down, feeling like jumping out of a sauna straight into an icy pool—refreshing and invigorating. This is what I love about Tiedong District: no dampness, no gloom, just genuine warmth and hospitality. At just $15 per night (around $120 CNY), breakfast arrived within 10 minutes after ordering, and staff came daily to clean and replenish toiletries—so thoughtful. There are two bathhouses nearby, making it super convenient. Compared to regular hotels with only 22–25 sqm rooms, this place offers unbeatable value. We’re already planning to come back this summer with the whole family to experience Shenyang’s real heat—and yes, we’ll be back next year!
