Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—Palermo Hollywood is such a vibrant neighborhood with tons of dining options, cafes, and places to grab breakfast or dinner. Everything’s within walking distance, and it feels safe and lively. Great mix of convenience and charm. This has been the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. The place was filthy, and they didn't even remove the trash. When we arrived, our pre-booked room wasn't available because it had already been given to someone else—despite having reserved months in advance—and we were forced to sleep in the hallway with other guests who faced the same issue. The next day, when we tried to find another place to stay, we were finally allowed into a room—but it was absolutely disgusting. The mattress was terrible, and the bathroom had a broken pipe that let water pour straight into a bucket that overflowed instantly. There's no housekeeping, no cleaning service, no breakfast, no common areas, and no maintenance whatsoever. The building feels like it's falling apart, there are bugs everywhere, and it's just an absolute disaster. The photos online are completely misleading—nothing about the reality of this place. I would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

By 9:49 PM, I got a message saying my booking had been canceled. No prior warning, no follow-up, nothing. It’s extremely unprofessional and honestly made me question whether this place is legitimate. The lack of communication and the sudden cancellation just don’t sit well. If you’re looking for a reliable stay, I’d steer clear. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed.
