I stayed here before and decided to come back — it's definitely a top choice for me. The vibe is relaxed, the staff are friendly, and I really wish I could have extended my stay. Unfortunately, all rooms were booked out during Halloween, so I couldn’t secure a reservation this time around. But when I’m back in Buenos Aires next time, I’ll be booking this place without hesitation. Great location, super affordable, and just a short walk from the subway and major attractions. A real gem for travelers looking for comfort and value.

We stayed at Hotel Pedraza while visiting Obras for a concert, and it was incredibly convenient—just a short walk away. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. Amazing value for money, with clean, well-maintained rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Even though breakfast wasn’t included in the package, they surprised us with a delicious complimentary morning meal—such a nice touch! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again if we ever return to Buenos Aires.

Definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Argentina, and I’d choose it again without hesitation.

This has been the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. The place was filthy, and they didn't even remove the trash. When we arrived, our pre-booked room wasn't available because it had already been given to someone else—despite having reserved months in advance—and we were forced to sleep in the hallway with other guests who faced the same issue. The next day, when we tried to find another place to stay, we were finally allowed into a room—but it was absolutely disgusting. The mattress was terrible, and the bathroom had a broken pipe that let water pour straight into a bucket that overflowed instantly. There's no housekeeping, no cleaning service, no breakfast, no common areas, and no maintenance whatsoever. The building feels like it's falling apart, there are bugs everywhere, and it's just an absolute disaster. The photos online are completely misleading—nothing about the reality of this place. I would never stay here again. Avoid at all costs.

The location is fantastic—perfect for getting around the city, with easy access to public transit and plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The room has all the essentials and is very comfortable overall, especially the bed, which made for a great night's sleep. The only downside was the sofa—it’s only really suitable for one person, and it felt a bit worn, with the fabric not as clean as I’d have liked. That said, the hotel isn’t technically in Palermo, but it’s close enough that it doesn’t matter. All in all, it’s a solid choice with excellent value, and I’d definitely stay here again.

I booked this hotel two months in advance to avoid any surprises, but four days before my trip, they canceled my reservation claiming there was an issue with my credit card. I ended up paying four times more elsewhere because no other options were available at that point. They accepted my booking and then sold it to someone else, only to cancel mine without warning. This is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional—completely unreliable for travelers who plan ahead.
