After staying at countless hotels in New York, this Park Hyatt stands out as one of the most satisfying experiences I've had recently. The modern design is both elegant and comfortable—especially the heated floors, which made a huge difference during the colder months. The sunlit swimming pool area is fantastic; relaxing by the water with natural light streaming in was pure bliss. The only minor drawback is the lack of a dry sauna and a faint plastic smell in the gym area, but these are small issues in an otherwise top-tier property. Location-wise, while it’s not directly adjacent to a subway station, everything you’d want—restaurants, shopping, transit—is within easy walking distance. The convenience, combined with the high level of service and thoughtful touches, makes this a truly exceptional stay.
