Golden Rooms Hotel

I stayed at Golden Rooms Hotel for a few days on a work trip, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were clear, friendly, and always available—whether during the day or late at night. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Housekeeping came by every single day to tidy up, which kept the room spotless and welcoming. One of the highlights was the 24-hour restaurant with room service—I could order food anytime, even late at night, and it arrived hot and delicious. It’s perfect for business travelers who need convenience without sacrificing comfort. The location is great, the service is top-notch, and the value is outstanding. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow for work or leisure.

Hotel Na Kazachyem

We stayed at this hotel for one night during the New Year holidays with our family, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The room was on the top floor, featuring two separate spaces—one with a large double bed and another with a pull-out sofa, perfect for us as a family. Everything in the room was spotless and sparkling clean—especially the enormous bathroom stocked with plenty of toiletries, slippers for everyone, and even two robes each. There was a kettle, tea, bottled water, and a well-stocked mini-bar—everything you could want without having to go out. The location was excellent; we arrived by car with zero issues, and the hotel offers a small paid parking lot. What really stood out was that they allowed us to leave our car there for an extra half-day after check-out while we explored the city—huge thanks for that! The only minor issue was that the room felt quite warm, so we ended up sleeping with the window open and no blanket—still, not a dealbreaker. Breakfast was included and served as a generous buffet with incredible variety. We were amazed by the egg options alone: boiled, sunny-side up, scrambled, ham-scrambled, and even egg scramble—five different types! It was served on the first floor in a stunning space filled with mirrors, a cozy fireplace, and massive leather sofas—truly luxurious and Instagram-worthy. Overall, the service, comfort, and value were outstanding. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Moscow!

I enjoyed a delightful breakfast in the morning, served in a cozy, welcoming atmosphere with great variety and quality. If you're interested in visiting the library, exit at the 4th stop on Line 4. For locals or travelers alike, the hotel is just a short 20-minute walk from the Moskva River area. Hotel Bilibin Garden Moskva

Staying at Hotel Bilibin Garden Moskva was a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful—especially the young lady who assisted with arranging a taxi, which made getting around the city so much easier. While the room is on the smaller side, the location more than makes up for it: it’s perfectly situated near major attractions and just a short walk from public transit. The bed is modest in size, nothing like what you’d find in some larger hotels back home, but still comfortable for a good night’s sleep. One big plus? The heating system works well—very welcome during Moscow’s colder months. For travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and a cozy atmosphere without breaking the bank, this hotel delivers. I’d definitely stay here again.

City'Co Boutique-Hotel on Chystye Prudy

I was actually surprised by how much I enjoyed my stay here. The location is convenient for getting around Moscow, with easy access to the metro. The hotel has a stylish, boutique vibe with clean and well-thought-out rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It's not a luxury property, but it offers great value for money and a more authentic local experience. Definitely not a place to skip—this one’s worth a try, especially if you're looking for something unique without breaking the bank.

Leo Hotel

Staying at Leo Hotel in Moscow was a solid experience overall. The hotel is located on the ground floor of a residential building, which gives it a quiet, local vibe. It's not super close to Leningradskaya Metro—about a 25-minute walk at a relaxed pace. Nearby, the only grocery option is Azbuka Vkusa across the street, though prices are on the higher side. I booked a standard double room with two separate beds. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive—always ready to help. There’s complimentary tea, coffee, and a water cooler in the hallway, which is a nice touch. The room itself is compact for two people, but the furniture quality is surprisingly good. Cleaning was top-notch—definitely a 5 out of 5. The bathroom stood out with its unique design and finish, definitely more upscale than what you’d expect from a 3-star property. One small downside: it got quite chilly in the early morning despite having a heater running, especially since we stayed at the end of February. Still, considering everything, this place earns a strong 4 out of 5. Great value for the price, and a comfortable stay if you're looking for something quiet and well-maintained.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Noise insulation is excellent, so you won’t be disturbed by outside sounds. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the great value for money—this place offers so much more than expected at this price point. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

Chistye Prudy

I can't recommend this hotel at all—our experience was extremely disappointing and deeply unsettling. While the location is convenient, just a short metro ride away, the service was appalling. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, with no regard for basic customer respect. Later, a manager named Sergey reached out, claiming he wanted to understand the situation—but his real goal seemed to be persuading us to delete our negative review. He even tried to shift blame onto me, suggesting I was at fault for the incident. When we explained that we had to cancel due to a family member’s sudden heart attack—well in advance (12 days prior), and with full prepayment for four nights—he insisted the rate was non-refundable and that our circumstances didn’t matter. He cited a message stating, 'By choosing a non-refundable rate, you accept all risks—you’ll never get your money back, even if something serious happens.' We sent medical documentation, flight tickets, and booking details as proof of the emergency, but he still refused to refund us, saying the evidence wasn’t sufficient. This contradicts Russian consumer protection laws: when services aren’t provided due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds are legally required. There was zero empathy, no understanding, and no humanity in their response. Instead, they offered a voucher in exchange for deleting our feedback—like we were the ones who caused the problem. This kind of behavior feels predatory. We’re now preparing to file a police report and take legal action for fraudulent practices. Please, avoid this hotel. Don’t let them profit from your trust. Choose a place with integrity, compassion, and transparency instead.
