Rosso Riva Hotel

We stayed at this hotel with my husband and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The location is excellent—close to the city center, making it super convenient to explore Moscow on foot or by metro. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Breakfast was a buffet-style spread with a good variety of options—both hot and cold dishes, plus drinks. We were a bit disappointed that the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi weren’t available during our visit, but we still enjoyed the spa area, especially the relaxing whirlpool. The staff was outstanding—the manager, Oleg, went above and beyond. He welcomed us warmly, offered a vase for flowers, answered all our questions patiently, and made us feel truly valued. His professionalism and kindness left a lasting impression. This place offers great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it to others. Would book again without hesitation.

Arbat 6 Boutique Hotel

Staying at Arbat 6 Boutique Hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Moscow’s city center, making it effortless to explore on foot. Whether you're driving or using public transit, parking is convenient and the neighborhood feels safe and lively. The hotel’s interior design stands out in every detail—from the stylish reception area perfect for a quick photo op, to the thoughtfully arranged rooms. We booked a room with a skylight and two separate spaces, which felt spacious and modern. High-quality furniture, a comfortable mattress, and plush pillows made for a restful night’s sleep. Even with the street noise from Arbat Street outside, soundproofing was excellent—no disturbances from neighbors or early morning cleaning. The bathroom was a real highlight: sleek design, elegant mirrors, and premium textiles. The robes and towels felt luxurious against the skin, adding that extra touch of comfort. Bonus perks include a small but well-equipped fitness corner and a manicure studio right in the building. I highly recommend ordering breakfast in-room—it saved us time and effort when we were searching for nearby cafes. The food was fresh and satisfying. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional value for its price. Plus, they have a loyalty discount system for longer stays, which is great for business travelers or extended visits. Bagration

This charming little hotel has been beautifully renovated and truly shines in every aspect. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a comfortable stay from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful—every question I had was promptly addressed at the front desk. Breakfast was a highlight: a well-curated buffet with diverse, delicious options, served by a genuinely friendly hostess who made me feel right at home. One thing I really appreciated? No staff from neighboring countries—just local team members, which added to the authentic and personal touch. It’s clear this place values quality and hospitality. I hope the owners keep preserving these strengths for years to come. A standout choice in Moscow, and definitely worth returning to.

I've stayed at Gesten Hotel more than once, and it never fails to impress. The location is unbeatable—right next to a metro station, with Red Square just a short 5-minute walk away. For Moscow’s city center, the price is very reasonable and offers excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious—plus, you can order it to your room, which is a nice touch. The rooms are simple but well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only minor downside is the soundproofing; occasionally, you can hear what's happening in the adjacent room, but it’s not disruptive. Overall, this hotel delivers exactly what you’d expect from a central, reliable, and affordable option in Moscow. Highly recommend!

Key Element Hotel

Staying at Key Element Hotel in Moscow was a real highlight, especially given the current situation with navigation being unreliable due to the ongoing conflict. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient—easy to find and close to everything I needed. When I wanted to head to a local grocery store, the front desk went above and beyond by printing out the exact location for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Even though the bedding had a few patches (a bit noticeable, but not deal-breaking), the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained overall. With its central position and excellent staff service, this place offers great value for money. Definitely recommend for travelers looking for a hassle-free, stress-free stay in Moscow.

Chistye Prudy

I can't recommend this hotel at all—our experience was extremely disappointing and deeply unsettling. While the location is convenient, just a short metro ride away, the service was appalling. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, with no regard for basic customer respect. Later, a manager named Sergey reached out, claiming he wanted to understand the situation—but his real goal seemed to be persuading us to delete our negative review. He even tried to shift blame onto me, suggesting I was at fault for the incident. When we explained that we had to cancel due to a family member’s sudden heart attack—well in advance (12 days prior), and with full prepayment for four nights—he insisted the rate was non-refundable and that our circumstances didn’t matter. He cited a message stating, 'By choosing a non-refundable rate, you accept all risks—you’ll never get your money back, even if something serious happens.' We sent medical documentation, flight tickets, and booking details as proof of the emergency, but he still refused to refund us, saying the evidence wasn’t sufficient. This contradicts Russian consumer protection laws: when services aren’t provided due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds are legally required. There was zero empathy, no understanding, and no humanity in their response. Instead, they offered a voucher in exchange for deleting our feedback—like we were the ones who caused the problem. This kind of behavior feels predatory. We’re now preparing to file a police report and take legal action for fraudulent practices. Please, avoid this hotel. Don’t let them profit from your trust. Choose a place with integrity, compassion, and transparency instead.

Warsaw Hotel

The Warsaw Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I stayed in a room with a pet hamster, which was surprisingly well-managed and added a unique charm to the experience—no issues at all. The room itself was spotless, with excellent air conditioning, clean windows, and a stylish, inviting atmosphere. The on-site bar is particularly impressive—beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing after a day out. There are also some authentic photo spots around the property that make it great for capturing memories. While I can't speak for every room, mine was absolutely top-tier—clean, comfortable, and full of character. Overall, this place offers fantastic value and a memorable stay. Highly recommend! It’s definitely a standout option in Moscow.

Minima Kitay-Gorod

I stayed at Minima Kitay-Gorod and was really impressed with the location—just a short walk from Red Square and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient for exploring Moscow. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, even though it’s not brand new. My room on the top floor was cozy but tidy, with a skylight that let in plenty of natural light—really added a nice touch. It came equipped with a TV, hairdryer, tea-making facilities, and basic toiletries like shampoo, shower gel, and soap—everything you’d need. Breakfast was a buffet-style spread with a good variety of options, so I had no trouble finding something tasty to start my day. Overall, it’s a great value-for-money stay in a fantastic central spot. I’d definitely come back.
