The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from the metro and right in the heart of Madrid. The rooms are spacious and well-designed, with comfortable beds that made for a great night’s sleep. There’s no front desk; instead, the staff sends you all access codes via WhatsApp along with a clear video tutorial on how to enter the building and your room—super user-friendly. Rooms are named with cute names and numbers, and they’re cozy, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of towels and a well-maintained shower. Note that daily housekeeping isn’t included, but my room was spotless upon arrival and well kept throughout my stay. The shared lounge has a small kitchenette with tea bags, coffee, a fridge, and even an oven—perfect for preparing light meals or snacks. Check-in officially starts at 4:00 PM, but I messaged ahead and was able to check in earlier thanks to the helpful team. A nice touch! Overall, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly, hassle-free stay with a homey feel and solid location.
