Staying at Swissôtel Krasnye Holmi in Moscow was an absolute highlight! The view from the room was breathtaking—city lights stretching out below, perfect for a relaxing evening. What really impressed me was that the fitness center, sauna, and swimming pool were all included in the rate—no extra fees, just pure convenience. I even snapped a photo from the 34th-floor bar, which offered an incredible panoramic view of Moscow. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a full experience. If you’re looking for comfort, great amenities, and unforgettable views, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying at Viewpoint Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The location is unbeatable—just a 7-minute walk from Red Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Moscow’s main attractions. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with excellent hygiene and security measures in place. The front desk is located in room 47 on the second floor, and you can contact them via the intercom system at the main entrance—very efficient. Breakfast can be delivered to your room, or you can head over to the breakfast lounge just a 6-minute walk away, which is actually housed in another hotel under the same management. The breakfast menu is fantastic—fresh salmon, a variety of made-to-order dishes, and friendly service. I left feeling satisfied and energized. I’d definitely book here again next time I visit Moscow—it’s a top choice for both comfort and convenience.

Staying at Palmira Business Club was an absolute delight! The hotel's modern and minimalist design creates a spacious, calming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Rooms are well-equipped with everything we needed—comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, with a self-service setup that made it easy to enjoy a relaxed morning. The location is unbeatable—right next to the Moscow River, offering beautiful views and peaceful walks along the bank. There’s also a convenient supermarket just downstairs, so grabbing essentials is a breeze. Overall, this place delivers exceptional value, comfort, and convenience. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

Our stay at Sadovnicheskaya City Center was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were informed there was no room available for our reservation—despite having confirmed online. We were eventually assigned a different, older room with minimal cleanliness and outdated furnishings. The luggage wasn’t delivered until nearly an hour after check-in, and we were charged a fine of 7,500 rubles for the delay. This is completely unacceptable. While the hotel’s location is convenient for getting around Moscow via metro, the lack of basic service reliability and poor communication made the experience frustrating. We expected better from a place charging this rate. I won’t be returning, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The Villa Kadashi Boutique Hotel offers a truly elegant and thoughtfully designed interior that instantly makes you feel at home. The rooms are cozy and inviting, with attention to detail that adds a touch of luxury. Located just a 5-minute walk from the Tretyakov Gallery and only a minute away from the beautiful riverside fountain promenade, it's perfect for art lovers and those who enjoy strolling by the water. The convenience and charm of this location combined with the warm hospitality make it an absolute must-stay. I highly recommend it!

I always stay here whenever I'm in Moscow for business trips, and it never disappoints. The hotel is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station, making travel around the city a breeze. Right outside, there's a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants, so grabbing a meal or doing some last-minute errands is super easy. The room itself is spacious, which is great for unpacking and relaxing after a long day. What really stands out is the desk—it’s large, well-lit, and at the perfect height, making it ideal for working, whether I’m on a video call or typing up reports. Breakfast isn’t gourmet, but it’s satisfying and offers good variety. Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and value. If you're visiting Moscow for work, this is definitely a top pick.

Overall, the stay was very positive. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the front desk staff were helpful and explained everything clearly. One thing to note: there were no robes provided in the room, which might be a small disappointment for some. The lighting setup is quite dim overall—there’s no way to turn on bright lights; all illumination is intentionally subdued, which I personally found a bit too dark for my taste. That said, the location is convenient, the service is friendly, and the value for money is solid. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable base in Moscow.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight! The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore Moscow without hassle. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with all essentials provided. I was especially impressed by the fully equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities—perfect for longer stays or travelers who prefer self-catering. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly, welcoming service, making me feel right at home. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort and attention to detail. With excellent value and top-notch amenities, this place truly stands out. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

The location is quite convenient—just a few minutes from Red Square via the M3 bus right outside the door, making it easy to explore Moscow’s main attractions. While the nearest metro station is a bit of a walk away, the area feels lively and pedestrian-friendly, with a charming shopping street right at the entrance. The hotel itself is well-maintained and recently renovated, with clean rooms that are spacious enough for comfort. One thing to note is that there’s no elevator, so carrying luggage up a few flights of stairs can be a bit challenging, especially with heavy bags. But beyond that, everything else is impressive: the front desk offers free luggage storage, which was super helpful during our late check-in. There’s a water dispenser in the hallway—always nice to have on hand. Evenings were magical; we took a stroll and spotted people walking horses down the street—a unique and unexpected touch of Moscow life. Getting our stay confirmation was fast and completely free of extra charges. Overall, this place offers great value, excellent cleanliness, and a warm, welcoming vibe. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Moscow.

Staying at Ordynka Hotel was a great experience overall—highly recommend! The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. My mom wanted hot water, and the team immediately turned on the kettle function in the water dispenser without hesitation. They also offered free luggage storage and helped with the accommodation confirmation—small touches that made a big difference. There’s even complimentary chocolate and cookies at the front desk, which added a nice personal touch. Location-wise, it’s about a 600-meter walk from Dobrininskaya Metro Station (Line 5), though the exit has multiple pathways—plus our mobile data dropped unexpectedly, so I’d suggest double-checking your route beforehand using a map app. It’s also within walking distance of Polyanka Station (Line 9), where there’s a mid-sized Perekrestok supermarket (open 10:00–22:00), a small Pyatyorochka convenience store, and a bookstore—perfect for grabbing snacks or essentials. There’s also a VTB bank nearby (same chain as the one near GUM), so currency exchange isn’t an issue. For culture lovers, Tretyakov Gallery is just a 10-minute walk away, or just three bus stops. The family room had two beds—one double and one single—with generous space and all basic amenities including toiletries and disposable slippers. One thing to note: all family rooms are on the 4th floor with no elevator, so be prepared if you’re carrying heavy bags. Despite that, the location, service, and value for money make this a standout choice. A solid pick for travelers visiting Moscow.

The Ozerkovskaya Hotel is absolutely fantastic! Located just a short walk from the metro, it’s super convenient for getting around Moscow. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—especially the bed, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Noise insulation is excellent, so you won’t be disturbed by outside sounds. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the great value for money—this place offers so much more than expected at this price point. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Moscow.

I can't recommend this hotel at all—our experience was extremely disappointing and deeply unsettling. While the location is convenient, just a short metro ride away, the service was appalling. The front desk staff was rude and dismissive, with no regard for basic customer respect. Later, a manager named Sergey reached out, claiming he wanted to understand the situation—but his real goal seemed to be persuading us to delete our negative review. He even tried to shift blame onto me, suggesting I was at fault for the incident. When we explained that we had to cancel due to a family member’s sudden heart attack—well in advance (12 days prior), and with full prepayment for four nights—he insisted the rate was non-refundable and that our circumstances didn’t matter. He cited a message stating, 'By choosing a non-refundable rate, you accept all risks—you’ll never get your money back, even if something serious happens.' We sent medical documentation, flight tickets, and booking details as proof of the emergency, but he still refused to refund us, saying the evidence wasn’t sufficient. This contradicts Russian consumer protection laws: when services aren’t provided due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds are legally required. There was zero empathy, no understanding, and no humanity in their response. Instead, they offered a voucher in exchange for deleting our feedback—like we were the ones who caused the problem. This kind of behavior feels predatory. We’re now preparing to file a police report and take legal action for fraudulent practices. Please, avoid this hotel. Don’t let them profit from your trust. Choose a place with integrity, compassion, and transparency instead.
