For a hotel charging what they do, these are basic expectations that should be met. Unfortunately, none of them were. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, maybe it's barely acceptable, but if you want comfort, cleanliness, and proper service, this hotel falls far short. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking a decent experience in Kuala Lumpur.
