The staff never showed up in person to fix anything, despite their verbal commitment. While the location is convenient with good access to public transport, the lack of basic amenities and poor communication significantly impacted our experience. I wouldn’t recommend this property to others, especially if you’re counting on reliable internet and responsive service.
