The staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive, showing no concern for guests or basic hygiene standards. This place poses serious safety and health risks and should be shut down immediately. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a decent, clean stay.

I distinctly heard doors slamming repeatedly, objects falling, and even what sounded like arguments between guests. It felt unsafe, almost like there was an informal gathering or event happening nearby, possibly involving a group that didn’t respect quiet hours. The hallway also had scattered empty plastic bottles and trash the next morning, indicating poor housekeeping. While the basic facilities are decent, the lack of peace and privacy made it impossible to sleep properly. This seriously undermines the overall experience. Despite the good location and service, I can't recommend this hotel due to the noise and safety concerns.
