The only minor downside is that getting around requires a short taxi ride from the front door, as public transport access isn’t the most convenient nearby. But honestly, everything else more than makes up for it. With such a welcoming atmosphere, clean rooms, and fantastic value, this place is highly recommended. A little lower price would have made it perfect!

Our biggest highlight was meeting Marcel Deux at reception—he was incredibly friendly, witty, and highly professional. When we expressed dissatisfaction with our Junior Suite 704, he immediately arranged a room change to Suite 92 with zero hassle. His genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring the city—just a short walk to the train station and plenty of great dining options nearby. From check-in to checkout, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This stay exceeded all expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cologne.
