Staying at CityClass Hotel am Heumarkt was an absolute delight. The location couldn't be better—just a short walk from the main sights and public transport, making exploring Cologne effortless. I especially loved the view from my room: lush trees and greenery from the nearby park created a peaceful, calming atmosphere. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with a welcoming vibe and excellent attention to detail. What really stood out was the flexibility with luggage storage after check-out—I was able to leave my bags safely even after checking out, which made my travel plans much more relaxed. Staying at Buchholz Downtown Hotel in Cologne was a perfect choice for our four-night visit. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk from the train station and right by the Rhine River, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Our room was spacious and thoughtfully laid out with a desk, two comfortable chairs, and a separate seating area—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was generously sized with high-quality fixtures that added a touch of luxury. Breakfast was outstanding: a wide selection of muesli, fresh fruit, boiled eggs, bread, juice, and even a complimentary plate of cold cuts and cheese brought directly to our table. Security was solid, with a dedicated key for the front door, which gave us peace of mind. While there’s a small bar on-site, we preferred dining nearby—there were several great restaurants just steps away, offering convenient and tasty dinner options. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and excellent value. We’d definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at the Burns before, but this visit to The Deutz, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Cologne was truly exceptional. Our biggest highlight was meeting Marcel Deux at reception—he was incredibly friendly, witty, and highly professional. When we expressed dissatisfaction with our Junior Suite 704, he immediately arranged a room change to Suite 92 with zero hassle. His genuine willingness to help made a lasting impression. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring the city—just a short walk to the train station and plenty of great dining options nearby. From check-in to checkout, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This stay exceeded all expectations. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Cologne.
