Staying at Hotel Hellsten was an absolute delight! The location is perfect—just a short walk from the city center and close to all the main attractions. Staying at Scandic Södra Kajen was an absolute highlight of my trip to Stockholm. The location is perfect if you're catching a ferry—Silja Line terminal is literally right next door, so you can easily make your way on time without rushing. It's about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which makes it convenient for exploring the city while still being budget-friendly. Plus, it’s just three stops from Stockholm Central Station—ideal for those who want a quiet base but still stay connected. There’s also a large ICA supermarket right outside the hotel, making grocery runs super easy. Breakfast was a well-rounded buffet with plenty of options—typical Scandic standard, but consistent and satisfying. The room was spacious, freshly renovated, and full of modern touches. Best of all? The view from the window overlooks the harbor, so waking up to ships passing by was a dreamy start to each day. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed—this hotel delivers excellent value. I’d definitely come back here again.
