After being disappointed with a luxury city centre apartment upon our arrival in Manchester (long story short), we ended up booking last-minute at Premier Inn Manchester Central — and honestly, we should’ve just gone with this hotel from the start. We booked two double rooms on the 7th floor, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a warm day. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Even though this was our first stay at this property, it already feels like a favourite. Premier Inn has once again proven why it’s a go-to choice — reliable, friendly, and genuinely thoughtful. I strongly advise against booking this apartment. The management is completely unprofessional and has failed to refund my £250 damage deposit despite multiple follow-ups. I’ve been waiting for weeks with no response or resolution. It’s alarming how many guests might be in the same situation—how many people are still waiting for their money back? If this continues, I’d even consider gathering other affected guests outside the property to raise awareness. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable, especially when it comes to trust and transparency. Don’t let your hard-earned money disappear like mine did. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place entirely.

The interior art is modern impressionist style, adding a stylish touch throughout the space, and the large TV screen really elevates the room – a small screen would’ve ruined the vibe. Best of all? Just turn left out the front door and you’re at the light rail station – super convenient for getting around. Yet, it’s also just a short walk to the lively city centre, perfect for those who want to explore Manchester on foot. I’ve heard there’s another Leonardo near Piccadilly Station, so I’ll definitely check it out next time, but this central location hits the sweet spot – relaxed, well-connected, and effortlessly chill.
