The hotel is absolutely wonderful, with a fantastic location just a short walk from the city center. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful—always going the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I especially appreciate their warm hospitality. That said, the restaurant menu could use more vegetarian options; during our five-night stay, we only had one plant-based dish available, and the chef refused to offer an alternative. As a result, we were essentially encouraged to dine elsewhere each evening to avoid repeating the same meal. While this was a bit inconvenient, it doesn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. The ambiance is elegant, the rooms are cozy, and the overall experience is truly memorable. I’d definitely return and recommend it to others—just with a few small improvements to the dining options.

I cannot recommend this place at all. The entire unit had a strong sewer-like odor that was so intense I actually felt nauseous just being there. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and the poor air quality and cleanliness ruined the stay. Definitely not something I'd consider again.

This has easily been the best hotel I've stayed at in Denmark. Located just a 10-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station, it's incredibly convenient for getting around the city—whether by train, metro, or on foot. The neighborhood is vibrant and well-connected, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. My room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean—definitely not what you'd expect from a typical Danish hotel. The breakfast buffet was generous and delicious, with fresh pastries, local specialties, and great coffee. Everything about this stay felt thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. If I ever return to Copenhagen, this will be my first choice. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality, location, and value.

The space is surprisingly spacious for two adults and even comfortably fits up to four guests without feeling cramped. Check-in and check-out were seamless thanks to a simple digital code that unlocked the door—no waiting at the front desk, which was a huge plus. The only downside? We weren’t able to secure a 2-hour late checkout, which would’ve been perfect for our travel schedule. Still, the cleanliness, comfort, and central location make this a standout choice. Highly recommend for travelers who value simplicity, space, and location.
