Mercure Amsterdam North Station

Staying here for four nights was a great experience overall. The breakfast was excellent—varied, fresh, and included salmon, which was a nice touch. Omelets and fried eggs were made to order right in front of us, and they tasted fantastic. That said, having the same menu every day started getting a bit repetitive by the fourth morning. The hot chocolate from the machine was a highlight—it was rich and perfectly warm. The triple room had one queen bed and two single beds, so everyone had their own space, and it felt spacious enough to unpack all our 30-inch suitcases. The bathroom was large and well-designed, though the lack of a shower curtain meant water splashed out during showers—something worth noting. Location is unbeatable: just steps from the train station, making public transit and rideshares like Uber super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again if visiting Amsterdam again, especially for travelers who value location and comfort.

Tribe Amsterdam City

This was hands down the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my European trip. The place feels brand new, with spacious rooms that make you feel instantly relaxed. It’s just two tram stops from Amsterdam Central Station—get off at Nord, which is the final stop—and it’s only a 3-minute walk to the hotel. Perfectly located for a quiet escape from the busy city center while still being super accessible. Check-in was handled by MIKA, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d actually had trouble exiting the station earlier, but he quickly explained that scanning the Eurostar QR code would solve it. When I left, I was nervous—but sure enough, one scan and I was through. Huge thanks to MIKA! The breakfast was exceptional too. That coffee? The milk foam was so rich and velvety, it might be the best cup I’ve had anywhere in Europe. I even tried making waffles myself—fun and delicious! The room’s tea and coffee station was well stocked with capsules, tea bags, and everything else you’d need, and they were always refilled promptly. If I ever return to Amsterdam, this hotel would be my top pick without hesitation.

Guest House Amsterdam

We stayed for two nights in a room that accommodated eight people, and the place was wonderfully quiet—perfect for a good night's sleep. The shuttle service to the city center was super convenient, especially after a 15-minute walk from the station. Everything matched exactly what was described online. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located base with solid value for money.

Staying at The Manor Amsterdam was an absolute delight! The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The neighborhood itself is quiet, safe, and full of charm, with easy access to public transit. I especially appreciated being close to the metro, making it simple to explore all of Amsterdam’s top attractions. Inntel Hotels Amsterdam Landmark

The hotel's location is excellent—just a short walk to the city center and nearby attractions. Though it has an old-fashioned exterior, the interior design stands out with unique character and charm. The breakfast was delicious, with a great view from the dining area—perfect for starting the day with a scenic backdrop. Prices are very reasonable for what you get, making it a fantastic value. The only thing to note is that it’s a bit of a walk to the train station, but we didn’t mind at all—it gave us a chance to explore the neighborhood. Overall, this is a memorable stay with a cozy vibe and great service. Definitely worth staying here if you're visiting Amsterdam.

Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam

Absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam! We booked this hotel specifically to be right in the heart of Sail Amsterdam 2025, and it was the perfect choice. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the waterfront and all the action, yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Check-in was smooth, and we were even allowed to check in early—no hassle at all. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with a great view of the city. The dining experience was outstanding—the pre-photos of the dinner and dessert menu didn’t do justice to how delicious everything actually was. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and presented. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. This hotel truly delivers on comfort, service, and atmosphere. A definite must-stay if you're visiting Amsterdam during major events like Sail Amsterdam. Highly recommended!

Bob W Oosterpark

We only stayed one night here due to a nearby event, and honestly, it was such a shame we couldn’t extend our visit—this hotel completely surpassed our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was fantastic: cozy yet spacious, beautifully decorated with great taste, and the air conditioning ran silently—no noise at all. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It had all the essentials: a fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, a lovely seating area, flat-screen TV, comfortable bed, and a bathroom that looked like it came out of a magazine. We could easily see ourselves staying much longer. Even though it’s outside the busy city center, it’s just steps from a tram stop, close to a parking garage, and surrounded by a peaceful park. Perfect for both short visits and extended stays. If we’re ever back in Amsterdam, this will be our first choice—next time, definitely for more than one night!

The Hoxton, Amsterdam Lloyd

We stayed here as a family and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable—perfect for travelers with kids. The staff went above and beyond; especially Pablo at reception, who helped me sort out an issue quickly and with genuine care. He made a big difference in our stay. The location is quiet yet convenient—just a 5-minute Uber ride from the central station. There are several good restaurants nearby, but I’d definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. The morning meal was fresh, plentiful, and well worth it. A few front desk team members speak Spanish, which was helpful. Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between comfort, service, and value. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a stylish, hassle-free stay in Amsterdam.

This place strikes the ideal balance between urban access and quiet relaxation. If you're looking to unwind after a day of sightseeing, this is the spot. Staying at Stayokay Hostel Amsterdam Oost was an absolute highlight of my trip to Amsterdam. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make everyone feel at home. I arrived a bit late for breakfast, and instead of being strict, they were understanding and still served me a delicious meal—so appreciated! The rooms are bright, modern, and well-designed with functional, high-quality furnishings. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and there’s always a little treat waiting in the café—perfect for a quick energy boost. The location is excellent too, just a short ride from the city center via public transport. Everything about this hostel felt thoughtfully done, from the clean spaces to the warm atmosphere. Yays Amsterdam East by Numa

The accommodation was spotless and thoughtfully laid out—perfect for a comfortable stay. Right outside the door is a tram stop, making travel around Amsterdam incredibly easy and convenient. I especially appreciated the complimentary drinks included with breakfast—such a nice touch! The only minor downside was that communication with the team was only in English, but overall, the experience was outstanding. I left feeling completely satisfied and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam. Would definitely book again!
