My stay at this hotel was fantastic overall! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown Seattle, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions nearby. The only minor issue was a slight noise from the air conditioning unit, but it wasn’t disruptive at all. Breakfast was absolutely excellent—fresh, diverse, and delicious. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle. Great value, great service, and a perfect base for exploring the city.

Location-wise, it’s perfect if you’re visiting the Space Needle or exploring the city center—everything is within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and safe the area felt, with very few homeless people around. Breakfast options weren’t extensive, but they covered the basics of a typical American breakfast—eggs, toast, fruit, and coffee—so it was satisfying. One tip: if you’re sensitive to noise, avoid rooms facing the street, as traffic can be noticeable at night. We opted for a quieter side room, and it made all the difference—peaceful and restful. Overall, great value, excellent service, and a fantastic stay!

I chose to stay near the University of Washington because I’d heard the downtown area isn’t the safest, and honestly, this was one of my best decisions. The College Inn Hotel feels just like a college dorm from an American TV show—clean, cozy, and full of charm. The only thing to note is that our luggage was quite bulky, and without an elevator, carrying it up the stairs was a bit of a challenge—definitely need some stamina! My room felt like a true suite—spacious and well-equipped with a mini-fridge, stove, microwave, hairdryer, kitchen sink, cabinets, dining table with chairs, TV, and even a radio alarm clock. There’s a vending machine just outside the lobby, laundry services available, and it’s super close to bus stops with several restaurants within walking distance. The hospital is directly across the street, which adds a sense of security. Despite being near a medical facility, the area is surprisingly quiet and peaceful—perfect for a restful night’s sleep. Everything about this hotel feels thoughtfully designed, from the cleanliness to the convenience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room is compact at just 18 square meters, so it’s ideal for solo travelers or short stays, but everything is thoughtfully arranged to maximize space. One downside is the noise from the main road, especially during nighttime, but using the blackout curtains helped block most of it. Overall, this is a solid choice in Seattle—great location, good comfort, and excellent value. I’d definitely stay here again.
