Upon arrival with our two dogs, we were outright refused entry in a very rude and unprofessional manner. The staff didn’t speak English, making communication nearly impossible, and their attitude was cold and dismissive. This is not what we expected from a hotel that claims to welcome pets. The lack of basic hospitality and language support severely impacted our stay. We would not recommend this property to other travelers, especially those traveling with pets.
