We originally planned to stay at a different hotel nearby but found it fully booked, so we ended up booking this one by chance—and what a pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is peaceful and serene, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of variety with both local and Western options, and portions were generous. It’s also super convenient for getting around town via public transit. With such great value and comfort, I’d definitely come back again.

Arden Hotel and Residence
This is my second stay at Arden Hotel and Residence, and the service continues to be excellent. That said, there’s one minor issue worth mentioning: some of the USB charging ports on the bedside table are not working properly. Also, there are almost no wall outlets near the bed— you have to move the cabinet slightly to access power, which makes charging devices quite inconvenient. A small improvement in the electrical setup would go a long way in enhancing guest comfort. Despite this, the hotel remains a great choice with its high value, convenient location, and friendly staff. I’d definitely come back.

The rooftop BBQ spot downstairs is a bonus—perfect for a relaxed evening snack. The pool area is stunning, clean, and well-maintained, with great spots for sunbathing. Room hygiene was excellent, and the overall atmosphere felt safe and relaxing. Breakfast was nothing special, but it did the job. What really stood out was the convenience: just steps from the hotel, on the opposite side of the road, is a Best Supermarket—perfect for grabbing essentials. Head towards T21 along the street, and you’ll find a McDonald’s on your left. Compared to the busy, noisy, and often overwhelming pedestrian zone, this location feels like a quiet retreat. If you’re looking for a more serene, hassle-free base with easy access to transport and basic amenities, this hotel is a solid choice. Great value, great vibe, and definitely worth considering.
