We checked in around 7 PM and were greeted by a friendly staff member with a unique name—sorry we didn’t get the chance to write it down, but I hope he gets recognized for his great service. Unfortunately, about three hours later, we noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. We reported it right away, and although a technician was sent, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next morning, James answered our call at the front desk and sincerely apologized. He explained that the repair couldn’t be done until the following day, but then Zoe and Jillian stepped in with exceptional care—they quickly arranged a room transfer to a more comfortable suite with fully functioning AC. Their professionalism, empathy, and prompt action made all the difference. Despite the initial hiccup, the team’s dedication turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a memorable one. We had an amazing time exploring the resort and enjoyed every moment. This level of guest care is rare, and we’re already planning our return visit. Thank you for going above and beyond—you’ve earned a loyal customer!

The overall experience was excellent—service was attentive and every request I made was promptly accommodated. The only downside was the check-in staff member, Paula, who wasn’t very warm or welcoming upon arrival; she seemed distracted and didn’t offer a friendly greeting. That said, everything else about the stay was top-notch: clean rooms, great location, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again without hesitation.
