We’ve been returning to Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa for three years now, and it just keeps getting better. The property is beautifully maintained—lush landscaping, sparkling pools, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. This means we tend to wake up early when the sun comes up, but it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. Overall, the resort delivers incredible value, especially being so close to Universal Studios. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

We stayed at Lake Eve Resort – Near SeaWorld on I-Drive for three weeks, and it was a fantastic experience overall. We started with a standard two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, but after a water leak from above, the team promptly upgraded us to a superior two-bedroom penthouse suite—complete with great views and extra comfort. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay, making the transition smooth and stress-free. The rooms were well-equipped, and the beds were seriously comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The grounds are beautifully maintained, spotless, and peaceful, with BBQ grills available for guest use—great for casual dinners outdoors. The pools were excellent, clean, and spacious, and they provided plenty of free towels, which was a nice touch. Our only minor concerns were inconsistent Wi-Fi in the penthouse and a few early-morning attempts to attend their timeshare presentation—but both were easily manageable.
