The entire stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel offers 24/7 front desk service, and we were able to check in as early as 9:30 AM without any extra charges—super convenient. Daily housekeeping and bed-making services made the experience so much more comfortable. The pool area is beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day at the parks. While the room lighting could be a bit brighter, it’s a small trade-off for such a great overall value. Location-wise, it’s super close to Disney World, making it easy to get around. Highly recommend this resort if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a stress-free vacation. Will definitely come back!

I felt completely safe staying here, even as a solo female traveler. The hotel has excellent security measures—well-lit entrances, surveillance cameras throughout the lobby and hallways, and a very professional front desk team. I didn’t feel uneasy at any point during my stay, which made the experience much more enjoyable. Located just minutes from the major theme parks, it’s super convenient for day trips. The free breakfast was a nice touch, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Orlando—especially if you're traveling alone.

We checked in around 7 PM and were greeted by a friendly staff member with a unique name—sorry we didn’t get the chance to write it down, but I hope he gets recognized for his great service. Unfortunately, about three hours later, we noticed the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room. We reported it right away, and although a technician was sent, the issue wasn’t resolved. The next morning, James answered our call at the front desk and sincerely apologized. He explained that the repair couldn’t be done until the following day, but then Zoe and Jillian stepped in with exceptional care—they quickly arranged a room transfer to a more comfortable suite with fully functioning AC. Their professionalism, empathy, and prompt action made all the difference. Despite the initial hiccup, the team’s dedication turned what could’ve been a frustrating experience into a memorable one. We had an amazing time exploring the resort and enjoyed every moment. This level of guest care is rare, and we’re already planning our return visit. Thank you for going above and beyond—you’ve earned a loyal customer!

We’ve been returning to Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa for three years now, and it just keeps getting better. The property is beautifully maintained—lush landscaping, sparkling pools, and a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and attentiveness. The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. This means we tend to wake up early when the sun comes up, but it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. Overall, the resort delivers incredible value, especially being so close to Universal Studios. We’ll definitely be back again next year.
