The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. This means we tend to wake up early when the sun comes up, but it’s a minor trade-off for such a fantastic stay. Overall, the resort delivers incredible value, especially being so close to Universal Studios. We’ll definitely be back again next year.

We paid for an early check-in on day one, but unfortunately were assigned to a room with a broken air conditioner. After a long day at Disney, we were so tired that even with the AC not working, we still slept soundly. We only reported the issue the next morning, and they handled it promptly. The room cleaning the following day was acceptable, though the surrounding area has more natural elements, which brought in a few small ants—nothing major. However, the real highlight was the pool. It's spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. For the price and location, this is definitely one of the best pools I’ve experienced in Orlando. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Disney.
