The only small note is that the windows don’t have blackout curtains—just adjustable shades that don’t fully block out sunlight. We paid for an early check-in on day one, but unfortunately were assigned to a room with a broken air conditioner. After a long day at Disney, we were so tired that even with the AC not working, we still slept soundly. We only reported the issue the next morning, and they handled it promptly. The room cleaning the following day was acceptable, though the surrounding area has more natural elements, which brought in a few small ants—nothing major. However, the real highlight was the pool. It's spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing—perfect for unwinding after a busy day at the parks. For the price and location, this is definitely one of the best pools I’ve experienced in Orlando. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for comfort and convenience near Disney.

The room was spacious and modern, with a clean, fresh feel—definitely one of the best environments in this price range. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles each day, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the shuttle service, which shared rides with other hotels and had long travel times to Disney and Universal Studios. It also wasn’t always on schedule, so we ended up using taxis for those trips instead, which worked out better. Despite that small hiccup, the hotel’s comfort, cleanliness, and value make it a top pick—especially for families or guests planning longer stays.

We stayed for a week with my wife and three kids—six of us total—for my early 65th birthday celebration. The villa was incredibly spacious, with three full bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area, easily accommodating up to nine people. The master bedroom had a large round whirlpool tub, plus a separate shower and toilet—very luxurious. The other two rooms shared a bathroom, which worked well for our group. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living area had all the furniture you’d need for an extended stay. We loved the balcony with a circular table that seated six, offering lovely views of the lake and golf course. While the private pool was small, we were happy to access the facilities at the adjacent properties. Room service came every other day, which was just right for us. Nearby stores like Walmart, Target, and Publix are within reach, but definitely require a car. It’s only a five-minute drive to Vineland Premium Outlets and about ten minutes to SeaWorld—perfect for day trips. Just a heads-up: check-in and check-out are handled at the nearby Royal Palms property. Check-out is officially at 10am, but we were pleasantly surprised to receive an 11am extension—very thoughtful. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back!
