Cheong Fatt Tze - the Blue Mansion
藍屋真係完全超出我嘅期待！今次去檳城，住過幾間五星級酒店，但張弼士故居酒店－藍房絕對係最滿意的一間。之前睇評論先入為主覺得老建築有陰氣、附近酒館唱到凌晨，其實完全唔使擔心——我們入住期間冇半點異樣感覺，雖然酒館確係唱到十二點，但家人同我都唔會受影響，而且酒店仲免費提供耳塞（雖然我哋都冇用），根本冇造成任何滋擾。 地理位置超級方便，去藝術街、莫定標、愛情巷、Badjenid 都走幾分鐘就到，沿途仲可以欣賞多不勝數嘅壁畫、老式招牌同建築，好有氛圍。打車去三條路、First Avenue、Penang Road 亦只消五分鐘，交通極之便捷。 我最鍾意三樣：第一，酒店本身設計超美，靛藍外牆吸睛爆燈，中庭、樓梯、側院都適合拍照，尤其訪客只能喺11am至6pm參觀，其他時間你可以放心瘋狂打卡，完全唔使尷尬；第二，浴室設計太讚了，黑白瓷磚配搭簡約又高級，我連喺度拍咗一組照片，實在愛到不得了。第三，設施齊備又新穎，唔似一般古蹟酒店就忽略舒適度。我哋個廁所乾淨到令我驚訝，連潔癖人士都啱啱啱。電視同藍牙音響都可以連手機，下午瞓覺時聽陶喆重編版《流沙》，心靜又感動。門口保安非常負責，嚴格查證出入人員，主動幫搬行李，笑容滿面，安全感十足。早餐亦唔錯，有自助部分，仲有自煮叻沙可選，仲有每日不同主廚菜單，每位住客可選一道，喺中庭食飯簡直浪漫到爆😍

It’s only a 10-minute ride to George Town via Grab, or you can take the bus right in front of the building—super convenient. The on-site 'spread cafetaria' serves a fantastic breakfast that’s worth waking up early for. Honestly, this place hits all the right notes: comfort, location, and great vibes. I’ll definitely be back.

While it did create some noise disturbance, especially for light sleepers, it didn’t overshadow the great value and atmosphere of the hotel. The staff were friendly, the ambiance was cozy, and the attention to detail was impressive. I’d definitely recommend this hidden gem for travelers looking for a stylish yet authentic stay in George Town.

It's not just stylish with a unique design aesthetic—it's also incredibly quiet, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. The on-site restaurant is Michelin-rated, and the food was exceptional—definitely worth a special visit. I also want to thank the platform's customer service for helping me secure the reservation at the Michelin restaurant and arranging a late check-out until 1 PM. Their support made a big difference. Overall, this hotel offers outstanding value and a memorable experience—I'd definitely come back.

The only minor issue was during check-in when the door remained locked, requiring us to call staff to open it—a small inconvenience that could be improved. Despite that, the hotel offers excellent value, especially for guests who appreciate extra space and independence. I’d definitely recommend this place for both short stays and longer visits.
