The streets are wide and clean, giving that classic D.C. feel. I saw many people walking dogs peacefully along the sidewalks—so different from some other cities where you might feel uneasy. The sense of safety here is real, especially compared to places with visible homelessness. Overall, great value, comfortable space, and ideal for longer stays. Definitely recommend it for families or anyone looking for a calm, well-located base in the capital.
