We appreciated the water stations throughout the property—simple but thoughtful touches. That said, there’s room for improvement in room pricing, menu options, and the operating hours of the lobby bar and rooftop lounge, especially since staffing felt stretched during our stay. Getting to Rainey Street required a short walk through a back alley, which slightly disrupted the serene vibe the hotel aims to maintain. For hotels like this one, integrating more in-house entertainment experiences alongside smoother valet services could greatly enhance guest satisfaction and value.
