The hotel is just steps away from Xujiahui Cathedral and Xujiahui Library, with luxury shopping hubs like Hongkong Plaza and Meiluo City nearby. If you're heading to Shanghai Stadium or Sports Arena for a concert, it's only one stop on the metro—or even easier, a short walk or bike ride away. This A.T.HOUSE property has that modern art vibe I love. The second-floor afternoon tea lounge and late-night dining spot are both stylish and inviting. The pastries are delicious, and the chicken soup wontons as well as the pork-filled dumplings are seriously satisfying. I was originally booked into a room type that wasn’t available yet, but the team kindly upgraded me to a Premium Suite—huge upgrade in space, view, and design. Everything felt thoughtfully curated. I ordered fresh fruit platters after my concert, and they arrived at my door in no time. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the service throughout was top-notch. Even at check-out, they handed me a lovely souvenir—a large record-shaped biscuit box that’s both cute and tasty. If there’s another concert in town, this will be my go-to hotel again.

The breakfast in the on-site Renaissance Café was an absolute highlight. With an impressive mix of Western and Asian options, we enjoyed everything from classic Benedict eggs and fresh croissants to local favorites like Jianbing, beef dumplings, and little wontons. There were even Indian-inspired dishes, plus a wide variety of fruits, desserts, and beverages—all freshly restocked and delicious. It truly catered to every taste. Our room was spacious, bright, and elegantly decorated, with excellent soundproofing and stunning views from the window.
