We were also touched by Rebecca and Ethan from guest experience, who prepared a special photo frame as a keepsake. When we returned to our room, my daughter spotted it instantly and exclaimed, 'This is me and Daddy!' The joy and emotion in that moment brought tears to our eyes. On New Year’s Day, I was delighted to see service staff Feng Xiangchao again. He remembered my preference for warm dishes and kindly heated up the seafood before serving—such thoughtful attention to detail. The next day, another team member, He Xu, took time to recommend the best desserts and gently reminded parents to watch the kids—small things that show how genuinely care about guests’ comfort. During dinner, I met a couple with their child, who shared they also make it a habit to visit a luxury hotel every weekend. After trying several places, they keep coming back to Kempinski—not just for the food or rooms, but because of the warmth, the genuine hospitality, and that sense of home.
