The front desk is located on the 23rd floor, with a reception counter crafted from Pandora marble—a real statement of luxury. There's also a flowing tea bar and several well-designed lounging areas with high-quality furniture. While everything is beautifully done, the sheer number of elegant elements together can feel slightly overwhelming—maybe a bit of minimalism could enhance the space even more (just a tiny suggestion 🤏). We were upgraded from a king room to a twin-bed configuration, which actually worked better for us—the layout felt more spacious and comfortable.
