Staying at Wanda Reign Wuhan was an absolutely delightful experience. A few minutes away, you’ll find more street vendors selling hot dry noodles and fresh fruit along the path toward Hubei Museum. It’s such a convenient and vibrant neighborhood. Every detail, from the ambiance to the service, made for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. I’d definitely come back.

Elva, who greeted us, was incredibly warm and considerate—when I ran into her in the lobby one evening, she even offered a refreshing honey water to help with a hangover! She also recommended the afternoon tea service featuring homemade pastries, fresh fruit platters, and beverages—such a delightful touch. The location is unbeatable: just a short walk from Yellow Crane Tower and Yangtze River Bridge, perfect for sightseeing without wasting time on transit. She consistently added soap dispensers, refilled water bottles, neatly folded our clothes, and made sure everything was just right. Coming back after a long day felt like returning home. The concierge team went above and beyond, opening doors, helping with luggage, and even offering robot-assisted room service. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful—they not only secured a quiet room for us but also upgraded our stay without hesitation.
