I always stay at this hotel whenever I visit Nanjing—it’s incredibly convenient, especially with the metro station just steps away. The room is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a top choice for me. However, during my last trip, I noticed the room was a bit noisy, and the pillow setup had changed—normally there are two firm and two soft pillows, but this time only soft ones were available. The front desk mentioned they ran out of firm ones, which was a bit disappointing since it caused neck discomfort during sleep. Also, the hand soap and hairdryer were different from previous stays, though not a major issue. It would be great if they could keep the amenities consistent. Overall, still a strong recommendation, just hoping for a few small improvements.

We spent New Year's Eve at the Hilton Nanjing Riverside with my entire family, booking two rooms for a three-night stay. The overall experience was fantastic! There were a few minor hiccups during our stay, but once we brought them up, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved everything promptly—really impressive service. On New Year’s Day, our room was beautifully set with welcome fruits, and they were restocked throughout our stay along with refreshing drinks—so thoughtful. The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money. If I ever come back to Nanjing, this will be my first choice without hesitation.
