My friend devoured the stir-fried beef in no time—proof it was a hit! Bonus: guests staying at the hotel can enjoy complimentary room service from Jiangnan Zao—even if you’re not on the waitlist. Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Shen—so friendly, helpful, and attentive. She even upgraded our room without hesitation, which made the experience even better. A small suggestion: the TV screen could be slightly larger to match the spacious living area. Also, replacing the bathroom and shower door with frosted glass would improve privacy, especially when someone’s using the sink. And if possible, converting the kitchenette into a compact powder room would make things much more practical for four guests sharing the space—especially useful when traveling with kids. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, comfort, and location. Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Nanjing.

The rooms were spacious, with smart bathroom layout and top-quality bedding that made for an incredibly peaceful night’s sleep, completely quiet and cozy. We also tried the hotel’s spa, and the therapist’s technique was excellent—very relaxing and professional. During our time in Nanjing, we explored some local highlights and enjoyed authentic street food, all of which added to the joyful atmosphere. Everyone in the family had a wonderful time. The hotel truly lives up to the Hilton standard—excellent service, attention to detail, and outstanding value for money.
