The hotel is just a 20-minute walk from the main outpatient building (Gate 20), making it super convenient for daily visits. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the specialty clinic building—still very manageable. The room was recently renovated with a clean, modern feel. Everything from the bathroom to the bedding looked spotless and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind. Since the property is a standalone small villa, the atmosphere was noticeably quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting after long hospital days. A special thank you to the front desk staff—both the lady and the gentleman were incredibly helpful when I requested a late checkout. They handled it without hesitation and with genuine kindness. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai. Excellent value, great location, and warm hospitality—highly recommend!

Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The hotel is compact, but considering similar options nearby cost 300–400 RMB, I was surprised by how clean and well-maintained this place is. While the room is a bit small, everything you need is there—clean, functional, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We originally booked for two nights, but had to change plans and wanted to check out by 2:30 PM on day two. When we approached the front desk, they kindly agreed as long as we left before 3 PM—even though housekeeping had already finished cleaning our room, it felt great knowing they accommodated us so flexibly. Even better? We arrived late, and they proactively reached out to confirm our booking and even upgraded our room at no extra charge. This level of service in Shanghai’s area is truly rare. For the price, the value is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in the city again.

The view from the window was stunning, and my kids had an absolute blast exploring the space 🥳 This was my first visit to this property in eight years, having moved cities since last time, and it still managed to exceed expectations 💖 The front desk team—both the guys and girls—were so warm and professional, making us feel right at home 🌷 When we checked out, I casually mentioned how much my child enjoyed the stay, and they immediately handed us a little lion plushie as a sweet keepsake! That kind of thoughtful gesture truly made the trip unforgettable 🤩 It’s not just about the luxury—it’s the genuine care and attention that makes this hotel stand out. The room I booked was the smallest option, but I was pleasantly surprised to find a freestanding soaking tub—a delightful bonus I didn’t expect (though I didn’t get to use it!). The location is unbeatable: directly facing Xujiahui Library and the Catholic Church, offering a peaceful morning view. Check-out was quick and smooth, and there’s a dedicated counter for luggage storage, which is super convenient. Overall, the service, ambiance, and attention to detail made this stay exceptional. Jinjiang Inn (Shanghai Caobao Road Metro Station)
I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Shanghai Caobao Road Metro Station, and unfortunately the experience didn’t meet expectations. The elevator was out of order, so I had to climb up to the third floor—very inconvenient, especially with luggage. Upon entering the room, I noticed a noticeable dip in the floor right by the door, nearly causing me to trip. The toilet lid was broken and wouldn’t snap back into place, which was quite frustrating. While there was no water outage during my stay, the shower pressure was extremely low—hardly any hot water flow. After checking other reviews, I saw multiple guests mentioning similar issues, confirming that these aren’t isolated incidents. The room condition and maintenance clearly need improvement. Despite being near the metro station, the overall value for money isn’t great. I’d recommend the hotel to reconsider its upkeep and guest experience.

The room itself is spacious and well-designed, with modern furnishings and everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a baby. Location-wise, it’s perfect — right in the heart of Xujiahui, just steps from a big shopping mall and two authentic local Shanghainese restaurants. I had a delicious meal at one of them, and the food was so good I could’ve stayed there all night! With its great value, friendly team, and unbeatable location, I’ll definitely be coming back next time I visit Shanghai.
