Right downstairs is a metro station, making travel around the city super convenient. The service truly stood out—especially Ella Pang and Gina Gun at the Executive Lounge. Booking the Executive Floor was a game-changer; it offered a more personalized experience with dedicated support throughout our stay. The guest experience team was patient, helpful, and made every detail seamless. Dining was another highlight—the afternoon tea was beautifully presented, and the Japanese restaurant, Songyi Teppanyaki, delivered an outstanding meal with perfect seasoning and presentation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful too.
