The hotel's location is incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to PAC and about 10 minutes to Jing'an Temple. The entrance isn’t very obvious, but once you step into the lobby, it feels like stepping into a hidden oasis with a calm, elegant vibe. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade—huge space, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. The bed and pillows made for an excellent night’s sleep. I was actually worried I wouldn’t get to try the traditional Chinese healing massage, but the therapist had time right before check-out. It was such a relaxing experience—my back felt so much better afterward. This little gem truly delivers on comfort, service, and unexpected touches. Definitely worth staying at again.

It’s hard to beat that kind of quality at this price. I also want to give a shoutout to a female server with glasses and short hair—her friendly demeanor and genuine smile made the morning even more enjoyable. Even though I didn’t catch her name, she left a lasting impression. This hotel delivers on every level: comfort, service, and value. I’ll definitely be back.

Inside, the hotel feels clean, airy, and comfortable, with plenty of room to move around—perfect for families. The value for money is outstanding.
