The staff, especially Xiao Nan and Xiao Sun at the front desk, were incredibly warm and attentive—always ready to help with any request. The fitness center has a great variety of equipment, and I never had to wait—huge plus after a long day. The laundry room was also efficient, no lines at all. What really stood out was the view from the window—beautiful cityscape that made mornings even better. Location-wise, it’s literally steps from the subway station, making airport transfers and exploring nearby attractions super easy on foot. The only minor downside is that laundry assistance isn’t available, but every other need I had was promptly addressed. Overall, an excellent stay with great value—definitely my top pick for next time in Shenyang.
