Thankfully, the staff handled it immediately and moved us to a ground-floor room that was both spacious and beautifully appointed, with a well-designed bathroom. The bed was perfection—firm enough for great back support, yet soft and comfortable around the hips and shoulders. I slept like a baby! What really stood out was the fascinating exhibition on the first floor, detailing the hotel’s history as a former palace and highlighting famous guests who’ve stayed here over the years. It added such a rich layer of character to the stay. Location is excellent, service attentive, and the overall atmosphere is timeless. This isn’t just a hotel—it feels like stepping into history. Highly recommended!
