They were always smiling, helpful with check-in, luggage assistance, and even offered recommendations for local spots. Their genuine hospitality made the stay feel welcoming. My stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Jakarta - Diponegoro was overall very positive and highly enjoyable. The front desk staff member with the last name starting with 'R' during check-in stood out—professional, friendly, and efficient, making a great first impression. However, there was a minor moment at checkout that felt a bit awkward: I was simply carrying a glass water bottle from my room, and the front desk agent refused to let me take it, without offering any alternative like a reusable plastic bottle. It’s a small thing, but the way it was handled could have been more tactful. A simple solution—like pretending not to notice or providing a replacement—would have made the experience smoother. Still, this one instance didn’t overshadow the excellent service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location near major attractions and transport links. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again.

The location is perfect: everything I needed was within easy reach, and traffic wasn’t a problem at all. The room was brand new, spotless, and well-appointed with modern comforts. I especially loved the breakfast buffet—different options every day, fresh, tasty, and varied enough to keep things exciting.
