It’s hard to get a good night’s sleep, especially if your neighbors aren’t considerate. Common areas also felt rundown and unclean, far from the clean, well-maintained images seen on the website. If you're in a real pinch—no other options nearby and just need a quick overnight stay—this place might work. But come prepared: bring earplugs, a sleep mask (the windows have no curtains), and manage your expectations. Overall, it’s not a hotel I’d recommend for comfort or quality, but it does deliver on convenience and affordability for desperate travelers.

When I asked about breakfast, I was told it was only available until 10 a.m., even though my booking clearly included breakfast. No warning was given beforehand, and I ended up missing it. The staff’s service was unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, especially since it’s not even close to being worth the price. If you're visiting São Paulo, there are definitely better options with proper cleanliness, communication, and hospitality.
