Walking distance to Kunbai Mall, Shuncheng, Old Town, and the main pedestrian street makes exploring so convenient. The staff are warm and helpful—front desk team members are friendly and attentive, and housekeeping staff go out of their way with genuine smiles. Water is generously provided, no need to worry about extra charges. One small note: some front desk personnel could use a bit more warmth in their greeting, but it’s a minor point.
