The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The hotel’s overall ambiance is calm and welcoming, located just steps away from Kunming Railway Station and Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for exploring the city. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations—great value, top-notch service, and a peaceful stay. We’ll definitely be returning.

My room was immaculate from top to bottom: soft, skin-friendly cotton linens, a Dreamland zero-gravity mattress that made sleeping so comfortable, and a spotless bathroom with excellent dry/wet separation. Noise isolation was impressive—once the window was closed, city sounds vanished completely. Combined with the air purification system, I slept like a baby all night. The staff went above and beyond—friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Check-in was quick, and they even offered free room upgrades and shared insider tips on nearby attractions and local food spots. Any request via phone was answered promptly, and the robot delivery service was surprisingly convenient. From housekeeping to front desk, everyone smiled and made you feel welcome. Inside the room, smart controls worked flawlessly, the large-screen projector made movie nights amazing, and everything you’d need—from mini-fridge to safe—was thoughtfully included. High-quality toiletries with a fresh scent added to the luxury feel. There’s also a well-equipped fitness center, self-service laundry, and dryer—ideal for longer stays. Breakfast was an absolute highlight: fresh, diverse, and delicious. I've stayed at Green Land Hotel before and decided to return again — and it was just as satisfying as last time. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly to any requests, which made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Located right in the heart of Kunming, the hotel is walking distance to Nanping Pedestrian Street, and it's also close to Dianchi Lake — perfect for exploring the city or enjoying a scenic view. There’s a small convenience store right downstairs, so grabbing daily essentials is super convenient. The breakfast area is spacious with a wide variety of dishes, all well-prepared and tasty — a great way to start the day. Parking is available both on ground level and underground, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. The room itself was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors from the carpet. The in-room safe is a nice touch for storing valuables. One minor suggestion: the king-size room could use an extra nightstand — it would make things more convenient for placing phones or books. Also, the showerhead in room 1715 requires constant pressure to stay open (it shuts off when released), and the cold water pressure in room 1714’s sink seems low — possibly a faucet issue that could benefit from maintenance. Despite these small points, the overall experience was excellent. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location, and fantastic value. I’d definitely come back — this is now my go-to choice in Kunming.
