Staying just one night, but it felt like a perfect escape. The location is fantastic—easy access to downtown by metro, and best of all, no crowds at all. He upgraded my room for free upon check-in, and when I mentioned wanting to try the sauna, he not only confirmed we had a private steam room but went the extra mile to arrange it just for me. Turns out the facility is usually only opened when there are guests booking in, so having it reserved exclusively for me was a real surprise—and a wonderful touch. It made the whole experience feel personal and special. Definitely worth every penny, and I’ll be back.
