The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. Breakfast can get busy in the morning, so splitting the dining area into two smaller sections would help reduce crowding. While the facilities are a bit dated, everything else is just perfect—cleanliness, service, and value all hit the mark. The current rates are incredibly reasonable, especially for a prime location in the heart of the city’s bustling commercial district. Walking distance to Kunbai Mall, Shuncheng, Old Town, and the main pedestrian street makes exploring so convenient. The staff are warm and helpful—front desk team members are friendly and attentive, and housekeeping staff go out of their way with genuine smiles. Water is generously provided, no need to worry about extra charges. One small note: some front desk personnel could use a bit more warmth in their greeting, but it’s a minor point. Overall, this hotel delivers an outstanding experience. A solid 10/10—highly recommend for anyone visiting Kunming.
