In the evening, I was pleasantly surprised with a warm glass of milk—a small but thoughtful touch that added real charm to the experience. The room itself was modern and well-equipped, featuring a voice assistant and a robot delivery service—such a fun and convenient feature! The mattress is from Muzhi, and honestly, it’s one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to the train station and metro, just steps away from Wanda City, and super close to Nancheng Street and Kunming Old Town. Everything was spotless, with excellent cleanliness throughout. For the price, the value is outstanding. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kunming.

Special shoutout to front desk staff Xiao Wang—so attentive and thoughtful! He upgraded our room for free and even brought our luggage up to the room without us having to ask, especially appreciated since our little one was already asleep. The breakfast was a highlight—authentic rice noodles with generous portions, rich in flavor and perfectly cooked. From service to comfort, every detail felt top-notch. This place truly delivers on all fronts. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Kunming!

What really stood out was the staff’s kindness: despite the lack of a ramp near the entrance, they didn’t hesitate to help carry my luggage upstairs. That small gesture made a big difference. The location is unbeatable, close to all major attractions, and the service quality is top-notch. If you’re visiting Kunming, this is definitely a go-to choice for comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality.

One of the biggest pluses? The area around the hotel is packed with restaurants and local eateries. Right at the entrance, there's a small fruit shop that offers amazing value—freshly roasted chestnuts and steamed peanuts were delicious and priced like cabbage! The only minor suggestion: the bathroom has a small step that isn’t very visible. Adding a more noticeable sign could help prevent trips or slips. Small improvement, but would make a big difference for safety. Overall, highly recommend this place for both comfort and convenience.

What really stood out was how close it is to the train station—just a 5-minute walk, making arrivals and departures super easy. The value for money is outstanding; you get a comfortable, well-maintained hotel without the high price tag. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kunming. Oh, and don’t forget to visit the Sea Gull Island—it’s a must-see! 😅😅😅
