I stayed for nearly a week and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The staff, especially Xiao Xu, was incredibly warm and attentive—she even upgraded our room at no extra cost, which made our stay feel special. The housekeeping team was outstanding too; they cleaned our room daily with great care and kept everything spotless. Located in a quiet yet convenient area, the hotel is close to public transport and perfect for exploring Urumqi. I was impressed by the excellent soundproofing—no noise from the hallway or outside, so I slept like a baby. When checking out, I was in a rush for my flight, but Mina handled everything quickly and smoothly. The service truly went above and beyond.
