Just a short walk from the hotel, you’ll find bus stops and a metro station, making travel within the city a breeze. The airport is just a 20-minute drive away, which is super helpful if you're traveling. I've stayed at this established five-star hotel multiple times, and it consistently delivers excellent cleanliness and warm, attentive service—always makes me feel welcome. Though the building is a bit old, it's well-maintained with a classic charm that still feels luxurious. That said, I do have two small suggestions: First, the phone in the bathroom doesn’t display the front desk number or clearly label 'Front Desk'—if someone needs help urgently, they might waste precious time trying to find the right number. Adding a simple label would make a big difference in emergencies. Second, I forgot my phone charger, so I asked the front desk for one. They were incredibly helpful—first brought a standard charger (a bit slow), but when I asked for a fast charger, they had one ready almost immediately. That quick response truly stood out and showed real dedication to guest comfort. While no place is perfect, what matters is how a hotel responds to feedback. This one clearly listens and acts. Even with minor imperfections, the overall experience is outstanding. I’d definitely recommend it—and give it five stars without hesitation.
