Staying at Makkah Al Aziziah was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with every detail well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. What stood out most was the convenience of having a small grocery store right on-site—perfect for grabbing essentials without needing to go out. There's also a barber shop available, so you can freshen up without leaving the premises. The coffee lounge is a cozy retreat, ideal for relaxing between prayers or just unwinding. Located close to the Grand Mosque, it’s easy to access via public transit. Overall, the comfort, cleanliness, and thoughtful amenities make this a top choice for both pilgrims and travelers seeking a peaceful, hassle-free stay in Makkah.
Dhiafat Al Raja Hotel
The hotel offers a clean, well-maintained environment with friendly staff and decent room quality overall. However, the main issue is the excessive noise—our room faced a busy road where cars honked nonstop throughout the day and night, making it nearly impossible to relax or sleep peacefully. The walls are also very thin, so we could hear every word from the neighboring room, and vice versa—quite disruptive. There’s even a door connecting our room to the next one, which has been sealed off, but that seems to worsen sound transmission instead of helping. The beds were acceptable, though the pillows were too flat and soft—definitely needed more fluffiness. I’d recommend providing two pillows instead of just one. Location-wise, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Haram, situated on Ibrahim Khalil Road, and there are plenty of food options right outside the hotel, which is super convenient. If they invest in better soundproofing and improve room insulation, I’d definitely consider returning. In’shaa’Allah.
