Special shoutout to Azizah at the front desk; her warm hospitality made all the difference. She went above and beyond to assist us with directions and recommendations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Gate 79 (Mataf) or Gate 78 rooftop, making access to holy sites incredibly convenient. For anyone visiting Makkah, this hotel offers comfort, service, and proximity that simply can't be beat. A truly memorable stay.

The on-site restaurant offers a great dining experience—while a meal costs around 35 SAR, the food quality, portion size, and local flavors make it worth every dirham. The hotel's location is convenient, close to the Grand Mosque, and getting there by metro is straightforward. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere make this stay memorable. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and value in a central location.

What stood out most was how well the hotel balances excellent service with very reasonable pricing. It’s not just about luxury—it’s about thoughtful hospitality at a fair price. Honestly, I’m writing this review as I’m on my way back to Qatar after a perfect five-day stay at Al Rayan Towers Hotel with my family during our Umrah pilgrimage. From the moment we arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. The front desk and reservations staff were among the most courteous and professional we’ve ever encountered—smiles were genuine, and every interaction felt warm and reassuring. The hotel is just a short 7-kilometer walk from the Grand Mosque, but what truly stood out was the exceptional 24/7 shuttle service. Every bus clearly displays driver and supervisor contact numbers for transparency and immediate response. The buses arrive right in front of the Clock Tower, just a two-minute walk from the mosque entrance—extremely convenient for pilgrims. Cleanliness throughout the rooms was outstanding, and any request was met promptly with no hesitation. During one of our transfers, I accidentally left some valuable personal items on the shuttle. To my relief, the driver (who I believe was Khalid) found them and returned everything personally—truly heartwarming. I’d like to sincerely thank Saad, Saeed Al Zahrani, Ayman Al Qurani, Khaled Al Zahrani, Wessam, and others whose names I didn’t catch—your kindness and gentle demeanor made a lasting impression. The hotel’s proximity to restaurants, shopping areas, and Masjid Aisha (RA) adds to its appeal. If you’re planning a visit to Makkah, especially for Umrah, I can’t recommend this place highly enough. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a home away from home with unmatched hospitality.

Dar Al Eiman Al Khalil Hotel
I arrived at Dar Al Eiman Al Khalil Hotel feeling excited for Fajr prayer at Masjid Al Haram, dressed in a brand-new abaya and fresh clothes. As I walked through the lobby, I slipped on a large puddle of dirty water—my hands and knees took the fall. Turns out they were cleaning the floors, but left a massive amount of dirty water pooled in the middle of the walkway with zero warning signs. When I mentioned it, staff said the sofa had been moved, so I should’ve known. No apology, no accountability—just deflection. Falling like that was incredibly embarrassing, especially as a guest preparing for prayer. This kind of negligence is unacceptable, particularly in a hotel serving pilgrims. Safety should be a top priority, and this incident reflects poorly on the entire operation. I can’t recommend this property to anyone seeking comfort or respect during such a meaningful journey.
Wahet Al Deafah Hotel
The hotel feels extremely outdated with no room service at all. The room we were initially assigned was infested with cockroaches and had a terrible, unbearable odor—thankfully, we were able to get a different room just a few days before check-out, which was much more acceptable. The food was disappointing—bland in taste and served in plastic containers, which made the whole experience feel unprofessional. Staff presence was almost nonexistent, and several guests reported finding bedbugs in their rooms. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar amenities made this stay far below expectations. Not recommended.
